Lydia's Special Needs Childcare Program (LSN)

Our Commitment to Special Needs Children

In loving memory of our Owner and Director's sister, Lydia Adjabeng, who was born with special needs and passed away at the age of 19, Bees Family Childcare Academy is honored to include a Special Needs Care Program as part of our commitment to serving all children and families.

Lydia's life inspired a vision of compassion, inclusion, and dedicated support for children with unique abilities. In her honor, Bees Family Childcare Academy strives to provide a nurturing environment where every child is valued, respected, and given the opportunity to reach their fullest potential.

Our Special Needs Childcare Program provides individualized care, developmental support, behavioral assistance, medication administration (when authorized), sensory-friendly activities, and specialized supervision tailored to each child's unique needs through an Individualized Care Plan (ICP). We work collaboratively with families, therapists, educators, and healthcare providers to ensure children receive the support necessary to learn, grow, play, and thrive in a safe and inclusive environment.

At Bees Family Childcare Academy, we believe that every child deserves to be celebrated for their abilities, empowered to succeed, and surrounded by a community that embraces diversity and inclusion.
